Returns

A sealed, unused item can be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Once a seal is broken — a bottle opened, a parcel of wood unwrapped — the sale is final.

Oud oil and agarwood are taken in by whatever is around them. An opened bottle cannot be sold to anyone else with an honest account of how it has been kept, and we will not sell it to them without one. The rule protects the next buyer more than it protects us.

Damaged in transit, or not what you ordered: tell us within forty-eight hours of delivery, with a photograph, and we replace it or refund it in full. This is not the same as changing your mind, and it is not limited by the seal.

Because an opened bottle cannot come back, ask first. Write on WhatsApp and describe what you already wear; we would rather talk you towards the right piece than take a return we cannot resell.

Write to us with your order number. We arrange the collection ourselves; do not send it back with your own courier before you have heard from us.
